We will have your suite fully painted, maintenanced, cleaned & carpet cleaned. We will also thoroughly inspect it for any potential flaws before your move in.
Not necessarily! When you submit your service request via the resident portal, you have the option to give us permission to come in if you are not home, or not if you prefer to be there.
Yes! Our maintenance staff is on site Monday thru Friday & we offer emergency maintenance for issues that may occur after business hours.
You can log in to your resident portal to place an online service request, detailing what issue you are having. Once submitted, our maintenance staff will come over to address within 24 hours.
If the office is not open at the time of lockout, guests may call our emergency maintenance number which will be dispatched to our Resident Manager, who will assist immediately
Yes. We have open parking on our surface lot for guests, and garages that can be rented for $100/monthly if preferred.
Our guests receive access to the Luxe 88 amenities including but not limited to: complimentary Starbucks, fitness center, billiards table, arcade parlor, business center, conference room, theater, European style pool, outdoor lounge, grilling pavilions & cabanas
The pool and sundeck are open from 10am-10pm
Yes! Guests are permitted to have a maximum of 2 pets per suite when they pay the one time, non-refundable pet privilege fee of $350 and $40 monthly pet rent (per pet)
The kitchens are fully applianced with sleek black refrigerators, microwaves, ranges, dishwashers & garbage disposals. A full size washer & dryer is also provided in suite.
We do not have furnishings that come with our Suites, but we can set guests up with CORT Furniture, which offers furnishing and houseware packages of all kinds.
When an application is submitted along with a photo ID & income verification, guests will usually have a decision within 24-72 hours.
All payments will be made electronically via the resident portal. Guests may make one time payments, or set up recurring payments using a checking or savings account, or credit & debit cards for a minimal fee.
We do require $100K worth of liability coverage on each Suite, whether it be from the guests provided HO4 policy, or enrollment into our damage liability program for $12.95/monthly.
Spectrum is the provider that services our community.
We do offer a lease buyout option if guests need to terminate their lease early for any reason.
We are happy to transfer the electric service into guests names on the day of move in. Water usage charges will be added to the guests rental accounts on the last day of each month. Guests will call Spectrum directly for cable & internet installation.
Trash removal is included with the rental rates.
Yes, there is a very convenient location within walking distance.
We are in the Columbus City School District.
We are located off of 315 when you exit West on West Henderson Rd. We are a half mile up on the left hand side.
